TO HAVE ACCESS TO OUR CATALOGUE
Submit your chosen selection in one of the two boxes of the catalogue to our search engine by clicking on the key OK.
The pages concerned in our catalogue by this selection will automatically appear on the screen.
From this screen, to get the presentation of the product you only need to click on the picture.
On this presentation view, roll on the mouse on all different small pictures, and you will see the enlarged images.
Clicking on one of the small pictures, you will get the zoomed picture.
 PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT
Each offered product is accompanied by:
> Its design.
> Its view(s).
> Its selling price.
> Its descriptive comment.
> Its reference.
> Its size, finishing, colour...
THE PURCHASE
It will be materialized by filling in your shopping cart.
Once you are on the page of product presentation just select the choice which interests you, such as :
> The reference of the size, the finishing, the colour etc…
> The quantity that you like…
After your choice is completed, the product will be added to your shopping cart when you select the button "add to shopping cart".
CHECKING YOUR CART
By selecting "My shopping cart" under the strip heading, you can consult and modify the list of the products composing your shopping cart.
If your choice is :
> Satisfactory and enough, you can enter your e-mail then click on “order”.
> Incomplete, you can go back on the catalogue and select some additional products.
For this select “close”.
> Incorrect, you can :
Add or minus the number of product ordered to write up the number that you like in the box “quantity” and after select “refresh”.
Remove of your shopping cart the products that you would not keep. For that select the red cross below “quantity”.
Finally you can also simply to abandon the order. For that select “cancel shopping”.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
After doing the registration of your e-mail and click on "order" you will reach the part of identification.
> If your address is identified by our file server.
The information form of billing and delivery appear already completed.
You need only to check that all information is correct and to fill blank
part if necessary.
> Otherwise.
Fill all the information form of billing and delivery.
Do not forget to select the country of delivery.
If all is completely filled out, select “continue my order”.
You get a second form which indicates you several lines such as "Delivery" …
In this part a note invites you to choose a town or a department of delivery
under the line " Town - Department " …
Once this choice made, you get in return the price to the destination chosen
under the line “Delivery”.
Attention : for your country
If there is only a choice of a town, it means that the shipment will be sent to our agent that we have in this town. This agent will get in touch with you to know if you want to be delivered or if you take care of the removal shipment in its warehouse by yourself.
On the other hand if you have a choice of departments, to choose the department of destination your shipment will be delivered at home.
Having chosen the final destination and having chosen the means of payment.
You can select " submit my order " …
The validation of this form will warm you a message to confirm your order.
An e-mail will be sent to you with your number of order, the invoice detail and
the instructions to the part or total payment of your order.
PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE
The order will be activated only when we have received your global or partial payment on our account.
Your payment can be done by :

A payment by transfer can be directly made on our account. (If your bank is on-line a transfer can be immediately made from your computer, which is also as fast as with a credit card).
Furthermore, this mode of payment will give you advantage to leave us a non-doubtful proof of the sum that you have paid.
2 - BANK CHECK
A payment by check in euro is possible.
However, all bank charge or other expense in clearing the check in our bank will be charged to you.
3 - CREDIT CARD
For your safety and to avoid the coordinates of your credit card goes around our website we use a specialized company named : " PayPal ".
PayPal is a system of payment by credit card which totally safe as they do not go directly by a bank.
To use this method of payment you can go on the website “paypal” and subscribe an account. www.paypal.com
(All information that you need to the payment by bank check or transfer will be given to you directly during the phase payment).
We require a full payment of the invoice with the order, but we also accept partial payment (deposit which cannot be less than the price of objects).
