If your expedition is sent under our freight service..
You will have to fill only the section value to insure and to cross if you need the section certificate of insurance. The remainder sections will be completed by our system…
If your expedition is sent by another company…
You will have to fill all sections of the form regarding your type of shipment.
You will find the box of required sections on your Bill of Lading/ Air waybill and bills. These sections are very important to insure your shipment.
Section value to insure :
In general rule the value to insure is the sum of the cost of purchases of the dispatched products and cost of the transportation. It can be increased to the maximum of 30% for the estimated profit or more if you can justify it.
Attention : Please fill correctly the section with value to insure. It is on this value
that you will have a compensation if something happens and also it is the
reference amount for the premium insurance of 1%. However the premium
insurance minimum cannot be lower than 40 euro.
Section Certificate of insurance :
If you would like to receive a certificate of insurance, you will have to cross this section. (The price for a certificate of insurance is of 60 Euros)
For information : The certificate of insurance is not necessary because in case
of accident it is the reference of the contract of insurance that will be taken into
account by jurisdictions, but this document is necessarily required by the banks at
the time of payment by letter of credit.

 CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
After to have obtained the price of the premium insurance, you can abandon the form or confirm your order by filling the identification part.

You get a second form on which you have to choose your means of payment for this service.
