To send an order to BASFINDO by e-mail, fax, mail, phone and other means of communications implicates whole membership and unconditionally of the buyer on these general conditions of sale.

ORDER AND PAYMENT
The order implies the membership on the general conditions of sale.
There is no minimum amount of order, on the other hand our computer calculator is formatted on a minimum volume for shipment of 2 cbm or 500 kgs.
You can buy less than this minimum volume of 2 cbm or 500 kgs but the shipping price will be booked on this minimum volume.
Every person wishing to place order will be identified by name, first name, address and must fill in all requirement boxes shown on the electronic form.
As soon as you submit your electronic order, your commitment will be considered as valid and definitive. A confirmation of order will be sent to you by e-mail. It will include a record number of order which will be used in any correspondence.
However, the confirmation of computer order will not be worth acceptance by BASFINDO until your submission, you can thus make simulations of orders without any consequences. The commitment of BASFINDO will be definitive only when our account credited by your transfer, or by phone or electronic confirmation.
GOODS AND PRICE

Photos, dimensions and weight of goods are not contractual. They are given as a rough guide and cannot give place to complaint.
The selling price of objects is given in Euro.
CUSTOM
The customs clearance will be made by our agent who will charge back the expenses of file, customs, toll sea or VAT and freight when this was not paid at first.
If you use only our logistic service, please pay attention and respect the equivalent weight / volume. 1cbm = 250Kgs otherwise it can cause a difference in pricing on arrival.
DELIVERY AND DELAY
Any delivery is based on customer’s acceptance of the present terms and sale conditions. The delivery is made according to the address specified by the customer during the order.
Our delays are confirmed as a rough guide and cannot place a refusal of the goods in the delivery or in the deduction against invoice in case of delay. The delay cannot be a clause of cancellation of the order and it gives right to no reparation.
The delivery is considered made when goods are placing at your disposal. It will be realized by your sign on the delivery note or the check out note from our warehouse.
By signing the delivery note, the customer accepts products delivered as received and from then on no complaint related to sudden damages during the transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to make any checks and to make any reserves for the arrival of the material and to do, if necessary, any proceed to the carrier.
Some cases are considered of major force discharge the salesman of his obligation to deliver, the war, the riot, the fire, the strikes, the accidents and the impossibility to be supplied.
